HYDOCK RETURNS TO TNT FOR A RIDE DOWN MEMORY LANE

Terrific New Theatre continues its 26th season with a never-before-seen piece, TAKE A RIDE ON THE READING. Written and performed by Dolores Hydock,

TAKE A RIDE ON THE READING is a true story about growing up, getting lost, and going home – not necessarily in that order.
A big-number high-school reunion sparks a search for people and places that are long gone – or are they?

Luden’s cough drops, Saint Anthony, Santa Claus, a linebacker named Crusty Morelli, and a 5-foot-tall top hat all show up in this funny, from-the-heart swirl of stories about one memorable weekend.

TAKE A RIDE ON THE READING opens Thursday, January 19 and runs through Saturday, February 11, 2012. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night performances are at 8:00pm. Sunday matinees are January 22nd and February 5th only and are at 2:30pm. All tickets are $20.

Opening night audience members are invited to TNT’s free “Wine and Cheese” party in the theatre lobby, immediately after the performance. All other Thursdays are TADA! nights when we ask that you pay what you can afford…Thursdays Are Discretionary Admission.
